EHC TEKNIK AB
EHC Teknik operates in the field of environmental technology for vehicles, as well as logistics and construction machinery. Based in Partille, Sweden, the company develops, manufactures, and sells diesel particulate filters and other emission control equipment. EHC also conducts sales through its subsidiaries in Germany and Belgium. Founded in 1983, the company was the first in the world to produce particulate filters for temporary indoor use. EHC Teknik is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.
ENVIROCLEAN SWEDEN AB
EnviroClean Sweden is the company whose operations once served as the foundation for Opus Group. The company develops, manufactures, and sells emission analysis instruments for the global market, catering to car workshops and vehicle inspection stations. EnviroClean has offices and assembly facilities in Billdal, Sweden, sales through a subsidiary in Germany, and a subsidiary in China with its own factory for component production. The company is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.
ELPRO I ALINGSÅS AB
Elpro operates in advanced automation and electrical control solutions. With extensive experience, a strong customer focus, and a clear commitment to sustainability, the company has established a solid position in the market. Operating from spacious and modern facilities, Elpro is ready to scale its business with both existing and new customers. The company is located along the E20 highway just outside Alingsås, Sweden. Elpro is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.
EWF ECO AB
EWF Eco is the market leader in smart waste management, recycling, and lighting for public spaces in the Nordic region. The company is a reseller of Bigbelly, with over 7.000 active units, smart, solar-powered bins that compress waste on-site. EWF Eco also offers the secure charging cabinet ECO Charge, designed for e-bike batteries and other devices, as well as smart connected lighting for public spaces through its subsidiary, Leading Light AB. The company is headquartered in Rimbo, Sweden, and is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.
LEADING LIGHT AB
Leading Light is the leading provider of presence-controlled and connected street lighting. The company’s systems enable reduced energy consumption without compromising safe and secure outdoor environments. Its product range includes solar-powered bollards, luminaires, and smart, connected light poles with presence control. Development and production take place in Sweden. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is 98.44% owned through the subsidiary EWF Eco.
SKÅREBO ENERGI AB
Skårebo Energi is a market-leading wholesale company specializing in charging stations and accessories for electric vehicle charging. The company focuses on EV charging solutions and offers affordable, high-quality charging stations from leading manufacturers, as well as developing, manufacturing, and selling its own accessory products. Skårebo primarily sells its products in Sweden but also operates across the Nordic region and several other European countries. The company is headquartered in Jönköping, Sweden, with a warehouse in Kalmar and is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.
KARLSBORGS PLÅTPRODUKTION AB
Karlsborgs Plåtproduktion (KPP) is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal and tube components with a high degree of automation. KPP employs around 25 people and operates a production facility that includes laser cutting of tubes and sheets, punching, sheet metal processing, press braking, welding, and powder coating. The combination of advanced automation and the expertise of its employees enables a wide production capacity, ranging from small series to more complex components. KPP serves a broad customer base consisting of both Swedish and international companies. The company’s headquarters are located in Karlsborg, and it is 100% owned by Sustainion Group.

Brodde Wetter, b. 1977.
CEO and Group President.
Brodde is an entrepreneur and has served as CEO and Group President in several companies. Most recently, he was co-founder and CEO of Add Health Media, where he worked for nine years. Prior to that, he founded the sensor technology company Vasasensor AB within the Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship and led the company for eight years. Brodde holds degrees in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and in Business and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Bernice Wellsted, b. 1978.
CFO.
Bernice holds a degree in Economics and has extensive experience in group accounting within listed companies. She most recently worked at Gunnebo, where she served as Group Accounting Manager in recent years. Prior to that, she was CFO at Opus Group and has held several finance positions within Volvo Cars, Plastal, and SKF.

Henrik is an entrepreneur with several leadership roles in the western Swedish business community. Most recently, he led CM Hammar AB, a world-leading company in maritime safety. Since selling CM Hammar, Henrik has been working in his own investment business.
Carl Schneider, b. 1959.
Board member and former Chairman of the Board, elected 2005.
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. One of the three founders of Viking Telecom AB in 1988, where Carl served as CEO until 2003. Viking Telecom was listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Since 2003, Carl has worked as an active board member and investor in several smaller companies, primarily focusing on companies with technical products and solutions. He also runs his own investment and consulting company, Jovitech Invest AB.
Göran Nordlund, b. 1958.

Göran has been running his own investment business for the past 20 years through his company, Fore C Investment. He has invested in and served as Chairman of the Board in several entrepreneur-led companies that, through organic and acquisition-driven growth over time, have become large publicly listed companies. Examples include Opus Group AB, Hexatronic Group AB, Cellink AB, Transtema Group AB, and more.
Ewa Linsäter, b. 1970.

Ewa is an economist with an MBA in economics from Linköping University. She started her career as an auditor at PWC before working as CFO/business controller at companies such as Ernströmgruppen AB, security company Gunnebo, and Reac Group, a corporate group within Latour Industries. She currently holds the role of Chief Accounting, Compliance & M&A Officer at Elos Medtech.
Anna Skarenhed, b. 1974.

Anna is a mechanical engineer from Chalmers with extensive experience in Engineering Services, having worked at companies such as Semcon, EDAG, and Capgemini Engineering. She has broad experience across various industries and has worked extensively in business development, both as a sales manager and CEO. She is currently the COO at Capgemini Engineering Nordics.
